Pre-listing Home InspectionsA pre-listing inspection could provide the seller with a professional opionion about the condition of the house. The comprehensive report provided may show some defects that could be deal breakers. These would be good to get fixed before putting the house on the market.

Since the you know what needs fixing you can get it done before listing your house on the market and it could safe time and money in the long run.

Some of the issues which could be possible deal breakers may be:

  • Mould
  • Roof
  • Electrical
  • Foundation
  • Plumbing
  • Skirting/fascia boards
  • Water damage
